WATERBURY, CONN. — Thomas Earl Diggs, 63, formerly of Wilson, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Waterbury. Thomas was the son of the late David and Calisie Jones Diggs. Precious memories are forever cherished by his wife, Diana Simons Diggs of the home; 10 daughters and sons, 26 grandchildren; his sisters, Dorothy Lee Diggs Parker of Durham and Pastor Carolyn Marie Diggs Smith of Stantonsburg; his brothers, David Lee Diggs, Pastor Bobby Ray Diggs, Sr. (Minister Aronual) of Wilson, Douglas Leon Diggs (Tracey) and Dennis James Diggs of Washington, DC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
