Oscar Lee Winstead, 79, of Elm City died Saturday. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Evergreen Memorial Park. Kevin Moore will officiate.
The family will receive friends at home.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille Joyner Winstead; a son, Jeff Winstead and wife, Deanna, of Bailey; four grandchildren, Justin, Brittany, Jordan and Haley; two sisters, Lois Cockrell and Jane Joyner; and a brother, Ollie Winstead.
Arrangements are by Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway.
