June Rose Watson, 76, of Wilson passed away Thursday. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m., Saturday, at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park. The Rev. David Amon and the Rev. Ellen McCubbin will officiate.
The family will receive friends 1–2 p.m., Saturday, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Pkwy.
June is survived by her brother, Linwood Watson and wife, Frances, of Ft. Mill, S.C.; one nephew, Greg Watson of New York, N.Y.; one niece, Robyn Watson and husband, Les, of Charlotte; one great-niece, Taylor Rose Watson of Charlotte; and her special friend, Edith Carter of Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Loomis R. Watson and June Allen Watson.
