MIDDLESEX — David Allen Clements, 46, of 11607 Cedar Lake Drive, died July 4, 2012 at Durham Regional Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, 2 p.m., at Faith Cornerstone Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 2574 Reges Store Road, Nashville. Interment will be private. Visitation will follow the service in the fellowship hall of the church.
David is survived by his wife of 27 years, Bernice “Bonnie” Weller Clements; two sons, Justin Clements of Temple Hills, Md. and Skyler Clements of the home; parents, Herbert L. and Frances Newkirk Clements of Morehead City; brothers, Lee Clements of Havelock, and George Clements of Newport; sister, Kimberly Clements of Mill Creek; and maternal grandmother, Juanita Winberry Newkirk of Newport; other relatives and many friends.
Family and friends attending the celebration are requested to wear the colors of the rainbow (No black colors please.)
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the David Clements Fund, c/o Faith Cornerstone Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 2574 Reges Store Road, Nashville, NC 27856.
Family and friends are requested to assemble at the church Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
